Beautiful Outdoor Living Spaces Designed

We create custom patios, decks, pergolas, pools, and Outdoor Kitchens solutions designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment, using quality materials to enhance your outdoor space, functionality, and overall home value.

Patio and Decks

Our patios and decks can include custom outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, or oversized yard games for your entertainment. We construct each design specifically for your backyard. For low maintenance, yet captivating results, we use materials such as wood, stone, or concrete.

Pergolas

A beautiful and structurally sound wooden or metal pergola creates a peaceful ambiance. Our team can install ceiling fans, or neatly string up lights, to add the next level of comfort and beauty that cannot be beat.

Pools and Spas

The ultimate sources of relaxation and entertainment. Especially if your backyard has both! Relaxing nights in the spa, sunbathing in your pool, or diving boards to make the biggest splashes! Your pool and spa will be designed specifically for your backyard, and the finishing touches are chosen to coordinate with your home’s style.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cotter Custom Homes LLC recently performed a full bathroom remodel in my home, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation in a timely manner. The quality of their work is exceptional, and the remodel looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Cotter Custom Homes LLC to anyone in need of major remodeling or custom home construction services. Trevor Cotter is very professional, knowledgeable and actively involved with each project. Trevor and his project team (Anthony New) helped us work through design issues through completion. I recommend this company for new construction or major remodeling.

The owner, Trevor, came out for a consult and went over everything that would be needed. Communication was great and work was done timely and looks great. Highly recommend for anything you need.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was recommended to Trevor by a friend who had used him in the past, and when I contacted him to have him check out my roof that another company claimed I needed to replace ( which was done 8 years ago) and had caused significant water damage thru upstairs bathroom and kitchen ceiling. The quote I was given by another contractor was more than 2.5x higher after Trevor and his team came in the do an estimate. Not only was there no roof damage, they were able to determine with their plumber the damage was due to the shower from upstairs leaking, not the roof, from a previous contractor we used to redo the bathroom.

Not only was his quote significantly less, I got to meet everyone who would be redoing the work, given a timeframe, and I have to say Trevor and his team did exactly what they said, showed up every morning on time, cleaned up every day after finishing. And the end result, phenomenal. Finding a contractor who not only you can trust to do the job right, and not do 50 different jobs at once is rare and my family and I could not be happier. I’m sure he can upload all the before and after photos, but if you’re looking for a company that not only does amazing work, sticks to the schedule, and saves you money, this is the man for the job.
